By enquiring, booking, or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before confirming your booking.
1. About us
Dorset Supercar Hire is operated as a sole trader based in Dorset, England. These terms govern all bookings for the hire of a Lamborghini Huaracan as a static prop for photography, film, and events.

2. The service
We provide a 2015 Lamborghini Huaracan (Arancio Borealis) as a chauffeur-delivered static prop for use in photography, film, weddings, proms, brand content, and similar productions across Dorset and Hampshire.
Clients do not drive the vehicle under any circumstances. The car is delivered, positioned, and collected by us. No driving licence is required by the client.
We will deliver the vehicle to your agreed location, position it as directed, remain on-site throughout, and collect it at the end of the booking period.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking is not confirmed until:
- You have submitted an enquiry and received a written confirmation from us
- Any required deposit has been paid
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Verbal or informal agreements (e.g. over social media) do not constitute a confirmed booking.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are as quoted at the time of booking. Our standard rates are published on the website and are subject to change. Any quoted price is valid for 14 days from the date of the quote.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Travel beyond our standard service area (Dorset and Hampshire)
- Extended hire periods beyond the agreed time
- Any damage caused to the vehicle during your booking
5. Cancellation policy
Cancellation by you
- More than 14 days before the booking: full refund of any deposit paid
- 7–14 days before the booking: 50% of the total booking fee is due
- Less than 7 days before the booking: the full booking fee is due
All cancellations must be made in writing to dorsetsupercarhire@gmail.com. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive written notice.
Cancellation by us
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (mechanical failure, severe weather, or other force majeure events), we reserve the right to cancel your booking. In this event, we will provide a full refund of any sums paid and, where possible, offer an alternative date. We will not be liable for any additional costs you incur as a result of such cancellation.
6. Your responsibilities
By making a booking, you agree to:
- Ensure the agreed location is safe, accessible, and legally appropriate for our vehicle
- Not attempt to drive, move, or operate the vehicle in any way
- Not allow any third party to enter, operate, or interfere with the vehicle
- Keep children and animals a safe distance from the vehicle at all times
- Notify us immediately of any incident involving the vehicle during your booking
- Treat the vehicle and our staff with respect at all times
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for your chosen location (e.g. location permits, private land access).
7. Damage and liability
The vehicle is fully insured while in our care. However, you will be liable for the cost of any damage caused to the vehicle during your booking that results from your actions or the actions of anyone in your party.
We accept no liability for:
- Loss, damage, or injury caused by failure to comply with these terms
- Third-party claims arising from your use of our services
- Any indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, cancelled shoots, or production costs
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking.
8. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of all photographs, video, and other content created during your booking. By hiring the vehicle, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use images or footage featuring the vehicle for our own marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media), unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent to this use before or at the time of booking.
9. Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a booking without refund if:
- Any person in your party attempts to drive or operate the vehicle
- The safety of our staff, the vehicle, or any third party is put at risk
- Our staff are subjected to abusive, threatening, or unreasonable behaviour
- The booking is being used for any unlawful purpose
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking confirmation will apply to your booking. We recommend reviewing this page before making a new enquiry.
